Cheezy Cashew Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 a cup of raw cashews, soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes and strain

  • 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (ACV)

  • 1 tbsp of coconut aminos

  • 1/2 a tsp of garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder

  • 1/4 tsp of mustard powder

  • A crack of black pepper

  • 1/2 a cup of dairy free mylk

  • 1/2 a cup of coconut water

Method:

  • Place all ingredients into the blender then blend until smooth

  • Keep in the fridge in a jar for up to 5-7 days
