Cheezy Cashew Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 a cup of raw cashews, soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes and strain
1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (ACV)
1 tbsp of coconut aminos
1/2 a tsp of garlic powder
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
1/4 tsp of mustard powder
A crack of black pepper
1/2 a cup of dairy free mylk
1/2 a cup of coconut water
Method:
Place all ingredients into the blender then blend until smooth
Keep in the fridge in a jar for up to 5-7 days
