Fluffy Buckwheat Pancakes
Serves: 2-3
Time: approx. 20-30 minutes
What you need: Blender or food processor
Ingredients:
1 & a 1/2 cups of buckwheat flour
1 medium ripe banana
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of bicarb soda
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 date
1 scoop of vegan protein *optional
1 & 1/4 cup of dairy free mylk
Method:
Preheat a fry pan to a low-medium heat
Place all ingredients into the processor and process until smooth.
Scoop or pour mixture on to the fry pan, allow to cook for a couple minutes then flip!
Repeat until all the mixture is used.
