Fluffy Buckwheat Pancakes

Serves: 2-3
Time: approx. 20-30 minutes
What you need: Blender or food processor
Ingredients:

  • 1 & a 1/2 cups of buckwheat flour

  • 1 medium ripe banana

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1 tsp of bicarb soda

  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 date

  • 1 scoop of vegan protein *optional

  • 1 & 1/4 cup of dairy free mylk

Method:

  • Preheat a fry pan to a low-medium heat

  • Place all ingredients into the processor and process until smooth.

  • Scoop or pour mixture on to the fry pan, allow to cook for a couple minutes then flip!

  • Repeat until all the mixture is used.
