Cinnamon-Cashew Cream
The alternative to my Creamy Cashew Mayo; this is what you put on your dessert my friends and all the sweet things you can think of!
Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashews, soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes
1/2 cup dairy free milk
1 tbsp lemon juice + a bit of zest
3 tbsp maple syrup
2-3 tsp cinnamon powder
A crack of salt
Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender, blend on high until smooth.
Store in the fridge for up to a week
*You may need a little extra liquid to get it moving if its too thick, if you feel you need to add more, just add a tiny amount, about a tbsp.
