Cinnamon-Cashew Cream

The alternative to my Creamy Cashew Mayo; this is what you put on your dessert my friends and all the sweet things you can think of!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes

  • 1/2 cup dairy free milk

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice + a bit of zest

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2-3 tsp cinnamon powder

  • A crack of salt

Method:

  • Place all ingredients into a blender, blend on high until smooth.

  • Store in the fridge for up to a week

    *You may need a little extra liquid to get it moving if its too thick, if you feel you need to add more, just add a tiny amount, about a tbsp.
