Creamy Oats
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of rolled oats
2 tbsp buckwheat
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp of hemp seeds
1/2c of water
1/2c coconut water
1c of dairy free milk of choice
Method:
Place all ingredients into a small saucepan, place heat of low and cook for 10-15 minutes.
You can speed up the process if you’re in a rush, just turn the heat up a little bit. I keep mine on low as I find it makes the porridge extra creamy which is exactly how I like it. If you are more a fan of sticky porridge then just reduce it more by a) leaving it on longer or b) turning the heat up.
Top with your favourite fruits, nut butters, nuts and seeds!
