Creamy Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp buckwheat

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp of hemp seeds

  • 1/2c of water

  • 1/2c coconut water

  • 1c of dairy free milk of choice


Method:

  • Place all ingredients into a small saucepan, place heat of low and cook for 10-15 minutes.

  • You can speed up the process if you’re in a rush, just turn the heat up a little bit. I keep mine on low as I find it makes the porridge extra creamy which is exactly how I like it. If you are more a fan of sticky porridge then just reduce it more by a) leaving it on longer or b) turning the heat up.

  • Top with your favourite fruits, nut butters, nuts and seeds!
